Tax Director - PE (Compliance Focused)

A well known and leading Private Equity Tax team is sourcing for a Tax Director to take a lead on private equity funds compliance and reporting engagements.
You naturally will cover an array of technical issues including UK corporation tax, income tax and capital gains tax, statutory partnership tax returns, and non-statutory reporting.
The firm expect an qualified CTA/ACA with significant experienced gained across private client and/or Corporate Tax/Partnership Tax compliance. This role is ideal for a person who is happy to overview a team, take a key interest in the developments of both non qualified and qualified professionals.
This role and team works hand in hand with Private Equity Tax Advisory Group and is pertinent role in understanding issues impacting an array of Large/Mid Market PE Funds.

This role is ideal for a person already working advising the Private Equity sector looking for a step up in their career. The role has fluidity for the right person to equally cover PE Tax Advisory work but fundamental responsibility for quarter/year end filings (personal and Corporate), will be overseen by this person.
