As the Trusts and Estate Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
Opening and closing accounts
Marshall estate assets
Bill paying
Researching specific legal questions
Substantive review of tax returns and accounting, and legal documents
Coordinating with outside counsel, outside tax advisors and beneficiaries
General administrative support
Required Skills
3+ years of relevant experience (trusts and estate administration and/or paralegal work)
Advanced MS office skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, team environment
Ability to interact with senior management, clients, and outside counsel on a regular basis
Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree
Experience with LexisNexis
