Description:
We are currently recruiting for a FTSE 100 company with a worldwide brand, a truly global presence and instantly recognisable range of products. Transfer Pricing is a key component of the overall Group Tax function and the scope of this role is to drive successful implementation of policy and management of Transfer Pricing risk globally.
The primary responsibilities of the role are:
• Ensuring the company’s Transfer Pricing policies are effectively implemented
• Ensuring that robust and complete Transfer Pricing documentation is prepared and in place
• Mitigating Transfer Pricing Risk globally
• Providing advice and guidance to the business on Transfer Pricing issues
• Management of both senior stakeholders within the business and professional advisors
The successful candidate will be qualified ACA/CTA with significant Transfer Pricing experience, gained within either a commercial environment or Big 4/medium sized firm. Whilst a detailed understanding of key areas of tax legislation is important, in particular transfer pricing, of equal importance is possessing the necessary interpersonal and influencing skills to be able to relate to the various business functions combined with strong leadership ability.
