Our client seeks a Manager to join its transfer pricing practice in Perth, Australia.

There is nothing small about Western Australia's energy sector however. WA's mining and energy sector is diverse and complex. It comprises exploration, processing, downstream value adding and refining - in more than 35 different types of mineral and energy resources.

Our client seeks a Manager with experience of cross border taxation and transfer pricing, ideally with a track record in the energy sector or commodities generally.

Our client is a large consultancy, with one of the finest reputations in the Asia Pacific Economic Region.

In this role, you will development and implement tax efficient cross border financing solutions, CFC structuring, group restructuring, profit repatriation strategies and advising on the tax aspects of international M&A deals for multinational corporations - with an Oil & Gas and Energy
