Responsibilities:
Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations, analyse information, prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions, develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services / work products, prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services, identify and pursue transfer pricing opportunities with the aim to get new engagements, participate in and contribute to attaining team goals, manage the work of client service team members, lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, law, tax, accounting, or MBA, a minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing or similar experience for Managers, and 2-4 years experience for Seniors. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent managerial, organisational, project management, analytical, and verbal / written communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment, excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is an advantage and proficiency in MS office. Candidates with experience in general taxation and financial analysis will also be considered for Seniors staff level position. Travelling within Greater China is required.
