By working alongside our colleagues in Transaction Advisory Services, our Transaction Tax professionals provide clients with anything from tax support in a particular phase of the transaction, through to complete tax support throughout the transaction, as part of an integrated transaction service.

Requirements:
University graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience for Senior Managers and managers in transaction tax, corporate tax or related fields, of which 2-3 years gained in China, a CPA, CTA, or other certification relevant to an area of specialisation, strong interpersonal skills and capable of developing and establishing client relationships and managing the team effectively, team player, energetic, mature and flexible, excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, travelling within Greater China is required, excellent managerial, organisational, project management, analytical, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment and proficiency in MS office.
