Big 4 firm based in Central London requires a dedicated Transactional Corporate Tax Manager to join its highly successful team. In order to attract the best candidate, this firm is offering a base of up to 65k, plus competitive bonus and benefits schemes. The this role will deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients, this includes management of the deal cycle from cradle to grave.
Whilst assisting the Senior Manager and Partner and acting as a senior member of the Transactional Corporate Tax team, the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Acting as a major point of contact within the firm for clients alongside the partner, including responding quickly to, as well as anticipating client needs
- Managing a portfolio of clients including control of billings and cash collection within the firms criteria
- Taking full responsibility for project delivery on client's portfolio
- Assisting with all aspects of the deal cycle, from cradle to grave
- Reviewing work prepared by junior members of the team
- Fulfilling a consultancy role on ad hoc projects within your field of specialist knowledge
- Offering technical support for partners whilst being in control of the VAT team
You should be ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent with an entrepreneurial mind set which will recognize business development opportunities and bid to win this new work.
