This fast growing medium sized firm has a highly successful transaction tax team in London. An opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join.
The role
- advise on a variety of deals with Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Transaction Support
- produce high quality tax reports and review of legal documents, requiring minimal input from directors or partners
- mitigate risk through review and involvement of senior people
- participate in business development activities and contributes to sales pitches, for own team as well as the wider firm
The candidate
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent legal qualification)
- Strong general tax experience.
- Very strong technical knowledge and willing to learn
- Experience of providing transaction tax advice, managing due diligence assignments and co-ordinating international assignments will be a plus.
