As the Tax Senior-RE, you will:
Research income, real property, sales, etc., tax matters, utilizing appropriate resources
Assist in quarterly and annual tax projections
Resolve federal, state and local tax notices, assist with examinations as requested
Assist or manage tax related special projects when requested
Assist in coordinating and monitoring tax compliance efforts of outside tax professionals
Ability to work in a multi entity, multi state environment (15 states)
Required Skills
BA in Accounting
2-5 years of RE tax compliance experience
Public or private experience
Good interpersonal skills
