The Tax Senior's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with US and International tax compliance including Forms 5471 and 8858
Transferring pricing policies (monitoring compliance with the Company’s domestic and international entities, and assisting with the preparation of annual transfer pricing documentation and calculations
Interfacing with international subsidiaries to secure required data and information
Researching tax issues as needed, recommending solutions, and preparing concise written analysis
Preparing support, analysis and documentation for various tax planning projects
Assisting in tax forecasting and budgeting process
Required Skills
3-6 years of experience with International Tax Compliance
Experience with Tax Research and Planning
Strong ability to meet and set professional goals
