An opportunity has arisen to join this niche Accounting Firm to cover for maternity leave for 9-12 months.
Your responsibilities will include:-
•Manage a portfolio of 250 clients consisting of sole traders, directors and partnerships;
•Preparation of forms P11D;
•Reporting directing directly to Partners and Managers;
•Ensure professional standards are met and supervise and develop more junior staff;
•Assist and review the work of junior staff and undertake team management;
•Undertake technical and tax planning issues as they arise on the allocation;
•Advise clients of Corporation tax payments due;
•Develop professional relationships with clients and within the firm;
•Pay attention to self-development and continuing professional education with a view to progressing in practice;
•Acting as a grounded member of the team, providing support, development and guidance to more junior members;
•Producing work for manager and partner review which requires little further input, clearly highlights issues and provides potential solutions to issues identified.
