The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting the Tax Director with the preparation of quarterly and annual FAS 109/Fin 48 tax provisions. The responsibilities of the Tax Senior include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Tax Director in the preparation of quarterly and annual FAS 109/Fin 48 tax provisions
Preparing and analyzing various general ledger tax account reconciliations
Assisting with tax audits, including the preparation of responses to information document requests and the review of assessment reports
Assisting the Tax Director with maintenance of Sox 404 documentation
Assisting in the preparation and/or review of tax disclosures included in SEC filings
Researching tax issues and identifying potential solutions
Required Skills
3-6 years of related accounting experience
CPA
Strong ability to take on increasing responsibility
