Working for this global industrial conglomerate, this is an in-house tax role with a difference. You will be part of a relatively new UK tax function where there is plenty of internal profile raising to be done within the business. Operationally, the role is incredibly varied and focuses on corporate tax consulting with a smattering of compliance and reporting. The business is highly acquisitive, so there is also plenty of exposure to due diligence and transaction tax matters. It sounds cliched, but this role genuinely offers a challenging environment where no 2 days are the same. To be considered, you will need a strong technical grounding in UK tax and, critically, the ability to get tax out into the business.
