| Description: | My client is a wealth management tax boutique firm, with a significant offering offshore which is looking to invest further in it's London tax offering. This role is crucial to the success of building the London business as this role will lead the London office and help grow the business in line with the targets set out by the Partnership. This is a rare and extremely exciting opportunity for a wealth management tax expert with a broad technical, operational and commercial skill base.
Heading up the London office will involve overseeing the commercial client offering, whilst taking responsibility for developing the Hedge Fund Market - a market that the firm has identified as a key area of growth. The firm have 7 new Products that have been launched overseas and the business has grown 35% in the past 12 months. They are ready to launch the same offering in London but they need the right team in place to drive the business forward.
You will need to have the ability to get in front of hedge fund clients and take their products to market. You will report in to the Holding companies CEO and be a part of the Partnership.
In London there are 4 Full time staff, and there is a Tax Director who you will work alongside to develop the products, but they will be responsible for providing the technical support in this position. Your main responsibility will be growing the business.
The basic salary will pay from £100,000 - £150,000, with OTE of £200k
