Positions available within the Tax and Legal within Big 4 Firm in Moscow within Energy, Utilities and Mining
Responsibilities:
* Manage client projects
*Take primary responsibility in maintaining successful client relationships
*Anticipate & efficiently resolve complex business issues in Tax & Legal area for local and multinational clients
*Ensure high quality of the technical expertise, aim to exceed client expectations with respect to deliverables
*Enhance, supervise and retain a strong motivated team of Tax & Legal professionals including setting up development goals, providing timely & constructive feed-back & coaching and delegating
*Ensure compliance of activities with technical & risk management requirements
Experience:
*Higher education in Economics/Finance/Tax/Numerical matters
*ACCA/CPA or a similar qualification is an advantage
*Excellent technical knowledge: experience in Russian and International taxation obtained with a Big 4 or another reputable consulting firm
*Minimum of 5-7 years of successful Tax Management/ Tax Consulting experience
*Experience in providing Tax Services to large or medium size companies is important
*Excellent English communication skills both oral and written a requirement
*Excellent project and people management skills
*Strong presentation & influencing skills
*Ability to operate in multitask environment
