An outstanding in-house tax opportunity working for this major corporate group following an internal promotion. Reporting directly to the Group Tax Director this role will provide unrivalled commercial exposure and, for the successful applicant, present a career defining proposition.
The role will be broad based and varied, but will initial focus on Transfer Pricing of finance, managing the UK corporate tax position (non-compliance), assuming responsibility for the Asia Pac region and taking a lead on tax reporting. It is intended that this post will broaden out to encompass wider corporate work around M&A activity and international structuring.
This post is ideally suited to someone looking to make their first move away from a Big 4 firm. Applicants will need to be academically first rate, technically robust and possess a commercial outlook. Extensive transfer pricing experience is not a pre-requisite for this role, although a desire to work in a challenging, yet rewarding corporate environment, is.
