The role of Tax Manager will be a key position within the Group Tax department.
As a Tax Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
? Implementing and maintaining Vodafone?s transfer pricing policies and related processes
? Advising project and operational teams, as well as operating companies, on transfer pricing requirements for new projects
? Working with the VAT team to assess tax-related issues during inter-company transactions
? Liaising with the M&A tax and legal teams to ensure effective risk assessment of transfer pricing issues in acquisitions and divestitures
? Ensuring Vodafone?s compliance with domestic and international transfer pricing and risk management procedures
As a Tax Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
? ACA / ACCA / CIMA / ATII or equivalent qualification
? Transfer pricing experience, supported by in-depth technical knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidance and in-country legislation
? An ability to apply tax theory to a real environment, coupled with the skills to effectively assess risk within complex projects
? Experience of working with or within global businesses
? A detailed understanding of international tax accounting standards
