As the Tax Manager you will:
Influence stakeholders across tax, treasury and businesses to understand complex policy, process and risks with Global/US transfer pricing
Provide primary proactive transfer pricing compliance, risk management, planning and business support for the NA and LATAM regions
Lead the preparation of the annual US and Canadian transfer pricing documentation and coordinating with the Global Transfer Pricing team to ensure annual global compliance process deadlines are meet
Participate in NA planning and business support transactions
Plan with a focus on value creation/protection and risk mitigation, including education of key stakeholders
Participate in implementation of transfer pricing policy, embedding simpler faster better reporting
Provide support to US Finance to enable accurate statutory reporting
Support to US and Canadian tax audits
Required Skills
BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
5+ years corporate tax experience
2+ years on transfer pricing specific areas
Broad background including policy, planning, compliance, and audit
