Seeking a technically strong candidate who will have the opportunity to work with the Tax Director and be a consultant to the company’s various businesses on the matters of tax planning, structuring, M&A, transactional work, transfer pricing as well as some operational compliance & FAS 109 provision review. This requires a candidate who enjoys strong technical tax work and not afraid of a challenge.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 7+ years experience in either large corporate tax or big four.
• Technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations with particular reference to international taxation as well as domestic taxation.
• Financial accounting skills with a good working knowledge of accounting for income taxes and the ability to analyze financial statements.
