The role
- Corporate M&A - including tax support on acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and associated structuring
- Tax consulting - including bespoke planning relevant to the MOGU sector, often with a strong international flavour
The team's client base reflects the broad range of participants in these sectors and includes FTSE100, mid-cap, inbound and PE backed clients.
The candidate
- Minimum 2 years PQE
- Tax practitioner with experience of dealing with complex matters for a wide range of clients
- ACA/ACCA/CA; or tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course; or Law qualification.
- CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA)
