An exciting opportunity at a leading Media house has emerged. As Tax Manager you will report into the Head of UK Tax and play a key part in the successful running of this growing tax team.
The key responsibilities of the role will include preparation of reports on all aspects of the Group's tax position; undertake research on changing tax issues and participating in meetings with auditors, tax authorities and advisers in relation to financial reporting, tax accounting and tax compliance. Alongside this you will prepare corporation tax returns and liaise with HMRC when queries arise.
You will have 5 years experience in tax accounting and UK corporation tax compliance together with CTA or equivalent qualification. Furthermore, good knowledge of practical aspects of tax accounting both under IFRS and US GAAP are expected.
