This is a Tax Manager role reporting into the Tax & Treasury Director in this global media and entertainment company.

The role will assist the Tax Director in managing all UK tax compliance and tax accounting requirements and ensuring that the relevant tax obligations are adhered to across the European region. In addition you will get involved in international tax issues including Transfer Pricing and DTR claims. You will also research and develop tax planning strategies in the UK and European countries.

You will need to be a qualified accountant with at least 3 years of corporate tax experience, a sound grasp of issues affecting UK taxation and some prior exposure to international tax issues.

The Tax in Practice team is a dedicated brand of the Public Practice division. We recruit tax professionals of all levels, from newly qualified through to direct entry partners into the accountancy and legal professions, across the following disciplines: Personal Tax, Corporate Tax, International Tax, Indirect Tax, Employee Issues and Expatriate Tax.

The Tax in-House team focuses on the provision of tax professionals to the commercial and financial services sectors, providing recruitment solutions from part qualified ATT level tax assistants through to Heads of Tax with salaries ranging from ?25,000 to ?120,000 per annum across the following disciplines: Direct and Indirect Taxation, UK and International Taxation, Group Functions, In-house HR taxes specialists and niche roles such as specialists in banking products or insurance.
