The role will involve provision of UK corporate tax advice to all functions in the UK and all UK companies in the group. Allied to this you will be involved in M and A negotiation, optimization of the position and process' of all UK companies and manage and control the preparation of all UK tax returns. This is just a snap shot of an exciting opportunity to enter a large and complex group operating in a dynamic sector.
The role dictates a tax professional with the appropriate qualifications and a large amount of previous experience in a group function. It is desirable that this experience has been gained in the oil and gas sector, but is not essential. The role has come about due to the growth of the function, and is an excellent opportunity to enter a vibrant working environment that sits at the heart of the business.
