The Tax Manager will be responsible for:
Gathering, organizing, and maintaining records for Federal and State business entity income tax returns and related work-papers, including tax depreciation, foreign currency exchange
Processing state and local business entity filings, including gross receipts, capital/franchise, sales/use, real and personal property tax
Maintaining detailed tax calendar and summary schedules reflecting company tax payments, filing deadlines, and audit notices
Maintaining tax data and information management “bridge” with Finance department, including use of appropriate technology and systems
Assisting with corporate and tax structuring, audits, planning, and special projects
Required Skills
5+ years of related tax accounting experience at a public and/or private accounting firm
Experience with individuals, partnership, and corporate tax
