Your role will be managing several tax (legal) projects simultaneously; developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with client management; generating new ideas and tax solutions; preparing and delivering presentations for existing and potential clients, participating in other tax department marketing events; mentoring and developing staff;
You must have a degree from a leading University, relevant Russian or international qualification is a plus but not a requirement; minimum 5-7 years of tax experience; in-depth knowledge of Russian tax and accounting legislation is desirable; good communication skills (both English and Russian); understanding of the audit process and procedures; strong management skills; good analytical skills
