Our client, a FTSE 100 firm is one of the most widely recognised retailers in the UK. They are seeking a Tax Manager to assist with a range of technical tax matters.
The role will involve assisting in the management of the Group’s UK corporate tax compliance including preparation of UK corporation tax computations, returns, claims and elections. You will also be expected to prepare tax provisions and disclosures and deal with discussions and correspondence with HMRC. Other roles will include assisting in the management of the corporate tax affairs of overseas group companies, monitoring tax status of overseas branches and offices and assisting with planning projects in key business areas.
Candidates will have excellent corporation tax experience and will relish the opportunity to develop this in a challenging in-house environment.
