European Tax Manager job, Oil Company, based in The Hague, Netherlands. As Tax Manager for Europe, you will be the focal point for tax compliance and planning in the Netherlands and the Germany. This key role will ensure full compliance with all fiscal requirements, as well as initiating tax savings schemes or innovative structural planning, with a special emphasis in the short term on streamlining the corporate structure in Germany.
This excellent tax manager position offers a good blend of international tax planning, tax compliance, lobbying and leadership responsibilities. You will also be supporting the Board of Directors in Germany & the Netherlands and giving full tax advisory service to assets in Syria and Libya. To fulfil this you will exhibit excellent technical knowledge of the Netherlands' tax system, with working knowledge of German fiscal system. Experience of upstream resource taxation, especially PSC/PSAs would be desirable but not essential.
