Responsibilities:
Prepare company tax returns for the general partners of carry and co-invest partnerships using Abacus Software
Tax analyse loan relationships under income tax and corporation tax rules
Ensure allocation of income from partnership is in accordance with the partnership agreement
Prepare company tax returns for trading companies with multiple branches.
Calculate double tax relief regarding foreign dividends, foreign interest and foreign branches
