This relatively new Swiss based team, who are part of a larger European network of tax specialists are seeking to expand. This is a rare and highly attractive opportunity to join a leading tax consultancy based in one of the most affluent cities in the world.

Duties include:
Adding value to the business through consulting clients in proactive
tax planning and risk mitigation
- Support internal and external clients in reviewing and reporting tax
positions under both IAS12 and FAS109
- Involved in Tax Process Consulting
- Assisting clients with US Sarbanes Oxley reporting requirements
- Balances complex accounts, prepares income tax returns
- Provide work leadership and/or train lower level tax accountants or
tax assistants
- Co-operate with offices abroad

Skills:

- Swiss CPA or equivalent - advantageous
English - essential; German and French - advantageous
- Ideally has advanced knowledge of complex tax principles and requirements, accounting methods, and company policies and procedures
- Several years of professional experience in an international company or an international auditing/tax consulting firm (Big Four)
- Good general working knowledge of IFRS and / or US-GAAP
- in-depth understanding of tax accounting under international accounting standards (US-GAAP and/or IFRS)
