Given the Group Taxation Manager’s heavy involvement with tax projects, management of transactions, planning and other areas of corporate strategy, this role requires someone to take control of the compliance function whilst also assisting with the project work. Key responsibilities will include:
• - Preparation and submission of corporate tax computations.
• - Liason with HMRC
• - Tax forecasting and year end work
• - Assiting the group taxation manager with international tax planning and corporate structuring
• - Involvement with ad hoc projects
