Award winning ‘Tax Litigation’ firm requires Solicitors across a number of levels to bolster their team. Previous ‘tax litigation’ experience is not required provided you have a good grasp of corporate tax at either a City, Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US law firm.
This role will enable you to focus on tax technical work with a litigation/investigations angle. The practice itself attracts instructions across a raft of areas including Direct, Indirect (VAT, Customs, Excise), Investigations, and pan-European issues.
This firm deals exclusively with actual or potentially contentious matters (thus allowing you to develop a specialty). This firm attracts people from a broad range of backgrounds (including Magic Circle, Chambers, Accountants, Investigations and HMRC).
