As the Tax Director, you will:
Oversee all areas of US federal, state, and international income taxes, as well as key functions in certain indirect taxes (e.g., sales/use and property)
Lead North America tax interaction with business, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and commercial transactions
Help shape tax strategy for NA tax department
Lead tax interaction on all US business development and commercial transactions
Required Skills
10+ years of corporate tax experience
2 + year of tax M&A experience
Strong tax technical knowledge across broad range of taxes
Strong legal research and writing
Strong financial modeling
Strong tax accounting knowledge
2 + year of tax M&A experience
