This major firm is committed to developing a national presence in private client and middle markets tax services and is consequently putting a high level of investment in to this service line in terms of both staff and capital resources. They currently require a further director to act as a business unit leader who is capable of both managing this business stream and developing the client base from its current (not insubstantial) level.
The successful candidates will almost certainly be a partner, director or senior manager in a medium sized practice and ideally, though not essentially local the region. This is an opportunity for an ambitious established specialist with no real reason to move but who is perhaps frustrated by a current lack of immediacy or business development vision from his or her senior management team. Alternatively it may suit a talented individual who is simply seeking greater financial reward.
Starting from a regional base of business and client development, there is the opportunity for the role to develop in to a larger regional management position for this particular business stream. A fairly rapid transition to partnership is expected.
