Qualifications and Requirements:
*University degree in Law / Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines
*LL.M. or MSc. (preferably in Taxation) or equivalent postgraduate qualification (will be considered an asset)
*At least 6 years of relevant work experience - either in a corporate tax environment, a professional services firm or a legal firm
*Commitment to high levels of client service and ability to build strong relationships, to exceed client expectations and identify new business opportunities
*Proficient use of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook)

Summary of Responsibilities:
*Provides advisory services on all main direct and indirect tax issues including Corporate Income Tax, International Tax and Double Tax Treaties, VAT, Real Estate Taxes, Stamp Duties etc.
*Builds relationships with clients and manages expectations
*Contributes to enhancement of relationship with clients and identifies new business opportunities
*Assesses clients’ compliance with tax legislation
*Provides tax advice on mergers and acquisitions
*Fields inquiries on the application of tax provisions
*Assists clients with tax planning
