Position: Tax Attorney or Tax Planning Manager (RI)

This position will involve generating and implementing tax planning ideas and structuring tax-efficient transactions. This position will have deep involvement in all facets of International & Domestic tax planning, research, structuring and M&A transactions.

Basic Qualifications:
• 8-10+ years of experience in large corporate tax environment or big four public accounting.
• JD preferred, Bachelors in Accounting ok with strong planning exp.
• LLM and/or CPA a plus.
• International tax experience.
