Job Description
The Tax Analyst will:
* Prepare the company's estimated tax payments, extension requests and tax returns, including: Federal consolidated income tax returns, subsidiary pro-forma federal tax returns, and foreign subsidiary informational returns
* Calculate the company's estimated income tax liability and arrange EFT payments
* Analyze and document all book / tax permanent and temporary differences
* Reconcile the general ledger tax account balances and consolidated financial statement balances to the tax provision analysis
* Help identify transactions that require special handling for tax purposes and research and recommend the appropriate tax treatment, including possible alternatives
Required Skills
* 3-5 years of experience from a combination of public private, or straight public accounting
* Corporate tax experience
* Sharp, outgoing, and a self-starter
* BA or BS in Accounting
