As an Assistant Analyst in the Corporate Tax group you will have ample opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge across the wider business tax area. Your role is truly varied involving a range of tax aspects including M&A, transfer pricing, entrepreneurial work and corporate tax planning.
The office in Melbourne is located in the heart of the financial district at the Queen Victoria Centre, a large retail shopping and business complex. The office is close to major department stores, cafes and restaurants, as well as the arts, cultural and entertainment venues.
The role involves:

•Providing advice regarding tax technical issues including transfer pricing, M&A and cross border transactions
•Involved in technical research
•Calculation of tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements
•Corporation tax planning and advice
•Assisting with cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international tax advice

To be considered you will ideally possess:
•ACA/ATT Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
•Experience of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues
