An independent trust, fiduciary and consulting firm are looking to employ a Tax Advisor. The position is a full time position and will be based in London. The role will report directly to the company CEO and Senior Management.
This role although compliance based is a strong move into client development and advisory. You will be meeting with high profile clients in a face to face environment, assisting with the direct sale of the company’s products and services to various organisations and individuals.
You will be expected to actively participate in technical meetings and telephone calls, assisted by the sales team you will be asked to articulate the basic principals of UK and US taxation to clients who may wish to know more about the tax products.
You will have strong personal technical tax knowledge, with the ability to communicate your expertise to all levels. It is essential that you are or have worked in a personal tax environment, where you will have gained experience in the preparation and completing of personal tax return for HNWI’s, company Directors, Partnerships and Professionals.
Ideally you will be ATT qualified or similar. You will have working / current knowledge of UK and ideally US personal tax legislation within an interest in learning and gaining experience in the specialist field that this client operates in.
US Tax related QROPS experience is advantageous, but not an expected.
