The Role
- Assisting with group structuring and financing projects: researching tax implications, formulating step plans, and financial modelling.
- Project work involving group structuring, acquisitions, disposals, re-organisations, transactions etc.
- Assisting with group tax reporting for management and financial accounts.
- Support to other members of the team dealing with a range of projects, including corporate and for overseas jurisdictions
Qualifications/Experience required
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Experience of UK and International corporate tax
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Excellent communication skills
