As the Tax Accountant- Credit Funds, you will:
Focus on managing tax engagement for the Credit Opportunities Funds
Maintain contact with Big 4 CPA firms
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings as well as reporting to investors
Coordinate/provide all financial data from the Accounting group to outside tax preparers
Review tax workpapers from outside accountants: book/tax workpapers, allocations, state and foreign calculations
Review Joint Venture and SPV filings including Corporate Blockers and REITs
Coordinate/review tax estimates and projections as well as quarterly withholding and corporate estimate payments
Review Federal, State and Foreign tax returns
Required Skills
BBA in Accounting
4-6 years of public accounting experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
