An Ambitious Private Client Tax Manager is required by a Central London based Mid-Tier to join its expanding Private Client Tax (Partnerships) Team. This position offers a varied mix of project management and business development. As such it is a predominantly client facing role which will require the successful candidate to build a rapport with the individual client and develop a clear and detailed understanding of the business and client expectations.
Reporting to the Tax Directors/Partner and managing junior members of the Tax department, the key aspects of this role are as follows:
- Meeting clients demands, keeping them up to date with progress and engendering trust and respect
- Demonstrating an understanding of the firm's products, services and capabilities and taking an active role in cross selling these
- Participating in business development activities and contributing to sales pitches
- Developing solutions to increasingly complex technical issues
- Responding quickly to, and anticipating client needs and requests
- Acting as major point of contact for clients along with the partner
- Managing a portfolio of clients including control of billings and cash collection
- Developing and maintaining contact with clients at senior level
You will be ATT/ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified or equivalent, will relevant and demonstrable post qualified experience. You should also have experience of advising high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs in developing tax efficient structures for their investments and wealth.
