Primary responsibilities will include assisting with all aspects of multi state income and franchise tax compliance, conducting tax research and tax planning functions pertaining to state income and franchise tax, working on state audit examinations, assist with the quarterly and annual state income tax process including state income tax provisions, SOX compliance.
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting. 2-5 years tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment.
