Our client is offering an exciting opportunity with excellent growth opportunities for a tax lawyer or a tax manager who gained experience in Stamp Duty taxes within financial services, Real Estate practice or transactions taxes.
A need has arisen to recruit talented tax professionals at manager level to join a rapidly growing team within Stamp Duty taxes.
The role
- Responsibility for day to day client management
- Project management and heavy duty structuring and restructuring
- Provide all round business advice to clients with contact at the highest levels
- In addition to working on Stamp Duty taxes related issues you will also work on a broader range of Taxes
The person
- Good academic and professional qualifications
- Likely at Manager level in another Big 4 firm (or equivalent level of experience)
- Possess the aptitude and personality to progress quickly to senior manager level in a growing team
- Technically strong but with a high degree of commercial acumen in order to provide the general business advice that the client base expects
- Good exposure to tax structuring and planning for UK and US based companies
