This international accountancy firm based in Leeds is looking for an assistant manager to assist with the design and implementation of share plans and executive remuneration structures.
You will be involved in all elements of reward and compensation consulting for a range of clients from large multi national groups through to privately owned companies with a primary focus on incentive plan consulting, design and implementation.
The role will include designing and modelling effective share plans, attending client meetings, undertaking remuneration advisory work, drafting plan rules and documentation, advising on the introduction of share plans and liaising with HM Revenue & Customs
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or CTA. You do not need to be a specialist in this area, however some experience of remuneration or share schemes work gained in a large accountancy or law firm is essential.
