This leading UK Plc is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their Group Tax team in a high profile role reporting into the Head of Tax. The role will be in charge of a team of 4, managing the group's compliance, reporting and risk concerns. They are looking for a candidate with experience in the following areas:

- managing group compliance/tax reporting for a UK Plc or large organisation
- handling and building a positive relationship with the HMRC
- managing junior staff (team of three reporting into this role)
- communicating with senior level staff

The role breakdown is likely to be roughly 20% reporting, 30% compliance management, 20% HMRC/litigation work and the rest more risk focused. They are looking to develop and role out a global tax risk management framework in the near future and this candidate will also take a key part in that.
