The Senior Tax Analyst will assist with the preparation of the firm's tax returns as well as research moderately complex tax issues. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Gathering, organizing, and analyzing the financial data necessary for the preparation of all assigned federal, state, and local partnership income tax returns as well as individual partner and family returns, personal property tax returns, sales tax returns, unincorporated business tax, business privilege tax and other returns
Preparing and filing all federal, state, and local tax returns for domestic corporate subsidiaries and individual clients
Assisting with timely and accurate filing and payment of all associated taxes, estimated taxes, and withholdings
Researching moderately complex tax issues, and research and analyzing the impact of new tax laws, regulations and rulings
Required Skills
At least 4 years of related tax experience from a public firm
Excellent organizational skills
Strong ability to set and meet professional goals
