In this role you will provide tax planning advice to a high quality client base of HNWI`s. A large amount of the client base has non dom status and this comes with a number of interesting challenges. The firm has a first class reputation in the private client sphere and work is of a high quality. The focus is on consultancy, business development and team management.
Some aspects of this role include:
-You will identify tax planning opportunities, in the private client field, develop their application and prepare relevant material.
-You will be responsible for the delivery of all the team`s advice on IHT, estate planning, CGT, for UK and international private clients as it relates to land, family homes and estates, family owned companies and OMB`s.
-Get involved in the drafting and implementing the most complex advisory projects.
-Help direct the senior team members and to help with their development by the delegation of advisory work and administration/management functions.
-You will have involvement in the marketing of the practice internally and externally, locally and nationally.
You will ideally have a strong background in private client tax and an understanding of offshore issues.
