Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of clients providing advice and support on compliance and planning issues, regularly maintaining contact and making visits as appropriate.
Liaising directly with clients, referrers and intermediaries regarding compliance work.
Continually research new product and services and ensure knowledge is kept up to date with legislation and procedures.
Undertake sales and marketing activities to promote products and services, including attending leading seminars when relevant.
Financial management including billing within given timescales and according the firms procedures.
Preparing and agreeing budgets with partners and clients ensuring that these are met and within agreed timescales.
Managing the team including planning workloads, conducting evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback to staff and recommending training or coaching where relevant.
