Working within our client's Share schemes team in London, you will play an integral part in a wide range of projects - from small scale engagements to large multi-facested projects across a variety of industries. You will work with an elite client portfolio, be involved with designing and implementing UK and Global share plans both for senior executives and other levels, and structure employee plans in the context of company sales, purchases, floatations and other transactions.
The ideal candidate possesses a formiddable track record in the employer consulting market or a share schemes background gained in a large law firm. Strong organisational skills alongside an ability to prioritise workloads with a flexible approach is a must, as well as the personality to be able to establish effective rapport with people at all levels. You'll have a nose for locating and developing new business opportunities and work well under pressure.
