An exciting opportunity exists in this Human Capital team for a dedicated Share Scheme specialist. Working within a small integrated team professionals, you will be offered a broad range of share schemes work and will be responsible for drafting and producing all relevant documentation to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team that has great potential.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Proactively looking to develop business existing clients and setting/ meeting targets
• Building and maintaining tax relationships with clients; directing all tax activities
• Providing share schemes advice and legal expertise specifically drafting
Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
• Ideally have a legal background with a law qualification or ATT / CTA, ACA / ACCA qualified
• Able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge with a strong and broad share schemes background
• Be client focused and commercially aware
